Hayley has danced since she was three years old, primarily taking classes in ballet, jazz and contemporary. Throughout her school years, she competed at many competitions, performing solos and as a member of troupes and duos. Hayley has completed her Cecchetti Classical Ballet examinations through to Advanced 2, for which she received a perfect score in 2014.

Upon joining Monash Cheer & Dance, Hayley fell in love with All Star dance. While studying, she trained and competed with Monash and Pacific Elite’s dance teams in Pom, Jazz, Lyrical & Hip Hop. Hayley competed at the Dance Worlds in 2017 and in 2019 as a member of Pacific’s silver globe winning Open Coed Pom team, and was a member of the Team Australia Freestyle Pom team at the 2019 ICU Worlds. Hayley also won three silver medals at the 2018 FISU World University Cheerleading Championships in Poland. Whilst working as a primary school teacher, Hayley has continued to grow her passion for All Star dance, channelling it into coaching and choreographing.

She has worked with a number of teams and duos for Pacific Elite and Monash University Cheer & Dance, including Pacific’s pom and jazz teams which competed at the ICU Worlds, the Dance Worlds and the Dance Summit in 2023. Hayley was honoured to have her work nominated for Australia Dance Choreography of the Year in 2023, and is excited to continue as a part of the Pacific Elite family
