Sophie Louise Briggs

Technique Coach



Sophie is a qualified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and dance teacher with a lifetime of experience performing and training in dance, Pilates, aerial skills, gymnastics and fitness.


Performing professionally since the age of 7, career highlights include four years as a dancer, diver and aerialist at Tokyo Disney Resort, demonstrating for Positive Action Pilates, as well as countless appearances at public, corporate and commercial events as a dancer and children’s entertainer, both on stage and film.


With over ten years dance teaching experience, Sophie has Certificate IV & Diploma in Pilates (Mat, Studio and Rehab), Certificates III & IV in Fitness and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Sophie is an educator for Pilates teacher training courses with Positive Action Pilates and is co-founder and presenter of the Cueing the Dancer Franklin Method Workshops for dancers and dance educators. She has certifications in Progressing Ballet Technique, barre fitness, classical and fitness Pilates.


Nicky Breuninger

PT & Conditioning Coach 

Nicky has been teaching dance and fitness for over 25 years.  She had her first ballet school in New Zealand when she was 18 preparing students in BAL for Jazz and Ballet examinations and competitions.


At the age of 21 she studied as an Aerobics Instructor and more

recently completed her Cert III and IV in Fitness.


She moved to Australia in 1995 and continued to teach

dance in Sydney and Melbourne.


Because of her background in dance Nicky specialises in personal training for dancers, working on cardio fitness, strength and the core. 


Nicky brings a wealth of dance knowledge to her fitness sessions. 

Her classes are high energy, bringing results in a

fun and exciting environment.
